This banquetting hall held a huge walk-in fireplace at one end & a dozen pillars between arches ran around the walls. The capitals of these columns celebrate the King's wedding seen on this one- holding hands with plates of food set before them. To the queen's right (your left) a cleric symbolising the church's support & protection. To the king's left (your right, & unfortunately cut off) is a soldier fighting a demon, his sword held in his right hand. The other capitals hold musicians with strange instruments (one of which takes two musicians to play) the kitchen staff preparing food, performers & guests.
